Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows: The full session fee is payable for missed appointments without notice.

​

Completed Sessions: All completed sessions are non-refundable.

​

Technical Issues (Zoom): If a technical failure occurs on my end, the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge. No refund or rescheduling is offered where the issue is on the client's side.

Discontinuing Therapy: You are free to discontinue therapy at any time and are not required to give a reason.
