Terms and Conditions

1. Session Commitment
Therapy is a collaborative process. For the best results, it is important to attend your scheduled sessions. We will agree on the number and frequency of sessions during our initial consultation, though this can be reviewed at any time.

2. Fees and Payment

  • The fee per session are indicated on the booking page and depend on the service provided..

  • Payment is required at the time of booking using the link provided on the booking page.

  • I reserve the right to offer the time slot to another client if payment is not received.

 

3. Cancellation & Lateness

  • 24-Hour Rule: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Lateness: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to remain fair to other clients. The full fee will still apply.

 

4. Professional Standards
As a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), I follow their strict Code of Ethics. I am fully insured and committed to providing a high standard of professional care.

 

5. Confidentiality
Our sessions are confidential. The only exceptions are:

  • Where I am legally required to disclose information (e.g., safeguarding or court orders).

  • During professional supervision (where your identity is kept anonymous).

  • If you give me written permission to speak to a third party (like your GP).

 

6. Termination of Therapy
You are free to end therapy at any time. I usually recommend a final "closing" session to wrap up our work safely. I also reserve the right to end therapy if I feel the sessions are no longer beneficial or if these terms are breached.

 

7. Complaints
I hope we can resolve any issues together. However, if you have a formal complaint, you may contact the NCH directly via their website: www.hypnotherapists.org.uk.
